Y20's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the y20 platform ("y20", "we", "us") and its users ("members", "you"). By creating an account on y20, using the platform, or accessing any of its services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Y20's services are available only to individuals who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting under the laws of their respective jurisdiction. Using the platform without reading or understanding these terms will invalidate any future claims.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on y20:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification purposes.

Y20 may request verification at any time. If a member fails to respond within 7 business days, y20 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.

The following betting rules apply at all times on y20. It is each member's responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be available.
• Y20 reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, y20 will generally refund the original stake, though different rules may apply in exceptional circumstances.
• Real-time odds changes are a normal part of live betting. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may not be the final accepted odds.
• Y20 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

For accumulator or parlay bets, if one leg is voided, that leg will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining bet settled accordingly, though different rules may apply in specific markets.

The following rules must be strictly followed for all financial transactions on y20:

• Withdrawals are only available from verified accounts. Pending KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays.
• Try to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawing via a different method will require additional verification.
• To prevent money laundering, y20 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Y20's bonuses and promotional offers are designed to give members extra value. However, each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements that must be met.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to first-time registered members only. Claiming the Welcome Bonus across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering Requirements: The total amount — deposit plus bonus (if applicable) — must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the validity period expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or betting categories.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum stake limit per bet may apply when using bonus balance.

Y20 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited will generally not be affected, though changes to ongoing promotions may occur.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may temporarily pause their account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply self-exclusion for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• If signs of betting addiction appear, y20's support team will provide guidance and referrals to professional assistance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y20. Any violation will result in permanent account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Creating artificial circumstances to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Involvement in match manipulation or match-fixing.
• Using your account for any criminal purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for account management and service improvement.
• Y20 does not sell your information to any third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to relevant authorities when required by legal obligations.

In the event of any issue or dispute, y20 will always seek an amicable resolution. The complaints process:

• Step 1: Contact y20 Support via live chat or email within 72 hours of the issue occurring.
• Step 2: The support team will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, the matter can be escalated to management level.
• Step 4: Server logs and transaction records are treated as the primary evidence in all investigations.

Y20 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
• You will be prompted to accept the updated terms the next time you log in to the platform.
• Members will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any major changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
